Understand French and Speak Naturally

Eric is a fantastic teacher! He quickly identified my level of French and tailored exercises to my abilities. After each session, he also sends out a document with all things he noted such as pronunciation, vocab and grammar. I can only recommend him! He really puts in a lot of effort and makes learning French fun.

Eric has a really profound understanding of the French language and he really tries to push me to communicate in French. He is always clear, patient and helpful during our lessons. Great tutor overall!

Eric's tutoring sessions have been very useful for me. I have been taking sessions with him for over a month and I am glad that I did - I have already made some progress in this short period. He is very good at identifying weak points and working on those with you. He seems to know just the right level of challenge that you need, which is important to actually making progress. One of the most valuable aspects of his tutoring system is that he adapts it to your needs. If you are a lower level like me, you will talk about your work, where you live, where you shop, and your day to day affairs for example. This means that you can start using the language in a practical way, faster.

He is a great teacher for me and I am sure he is an excellent teacher as well for people who start learning the language.

Eric takes care to offer me choices of material based on my own interests. He is patient, and generally waits till I have finished speaking to teach corrections. He sends me a summary of notes afterwards - most useful. I have learnt a lot and really enjoyed the lessons.

Eric is an excellent teacher. My level is advanced. I did try two other teachers on Preply and had mixed results. Eric has a perfect french accent, which I think it's very important. There are many teachers on the site that are not native speakers or are from regions with a specific accent. I highly recommend Eric.
